Experience

I provide a wide range of consulting, facilitation, training and research services, using my extensive skills and executive management experiences across a wide range of government, commercial and nonprofit sector organisations. Having spent over 39 years in various senior and executive positions across these sectors, I am well positioned to provide extensive value-add to the organisations that I consult to, with a combination of extensive practical experience, and supported by the rigour of extensive academic qualifications.

• Consulting

I provide consulting services in areas of strategy, risk management, governance, and change management. In support of these, I am a Fellow of Certified Practising Accountants Australia, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

• Facilitation

I am an internationally accredited Action Learning Facilitator, and the Senior Consultant and Head of Relationship Management & Program Delivery for Australia at Action Learning International, headquartered in the UK.

• Training

I hold Certificate IV qualifications in Training and Assessment, and have extensive experience in the design, development and delivery of accredited training programs within the Australian tertiary sector. I am currently a Facilitator and Training Consultant at the Australian Institute of Management Business School, where I design and deliver course content in Finance and Change Management as part of their MBA programs.

• Research

I am currently researching Change Management in the Australian Nonprofit Sector through PhD research at Macquarie University. In this capacity I have presented at numerous international conferences and published in this area. This research has provided a very solid practical background in research methodologies that I have applied in aspects of my consulting work.
